In the OS app block for the Instant Brand Page you can find the following setting
This will set the maximum vertical columns for the following templates
Horizontal
If the number of columns exceeds the available space then the the excess columns will wrap below. So a setting of 6 columns may only show 5.

The number of items displayed in a row will be determined by the width of space available and the size of the image display.
The wider the the available space and the smaller the image size - the more brand items will be displayed.
